Cat Lady No. 285...National Feral Cat Day

Cat Lady Endora is enjoying a group hug with Black Cat Mom Esmerelda and her three precious kittens, just adopted from a local shelter! (Don't delay, neuter or spay!)

While at the shelter, Endora learned that today is National Feral Cat Day. Wanting to learn more about feral cats, she found this great article by Peter J. Wolf on the Moderncat.net website: A Feral Cat Primer

Some great advice from Peter: "...take a moment to thank the generous people who take care of these 'unwanted' cats day-in and day-out, in all kinds of weather, despite any number of additional pressing commitments. Countless feral cats benefit each day from their heroic efforts."

Thanks for visiting!

Don't forget: For each comment left on this link: October Giveaway Time I will donate $1.00 to the Oregon Humane Society. (You will also be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a Susan Faye gift certificate)

In just the first day, there have been 28 comments and counting! Let's keep it up, Cat Ladies and Lads, and see just how high the total will be by October 31!
