The Victoria Day Parade and weekend celebrations are almost over in Canada, but Cat Lady Dominique and Vicky have one last thing to celebrate: the unofficial end of the winter season!Time to put away the galoshes and plan the garden, as they make a toast to Queen Victoria and eat a bit of cake in her honor.
