Welcome to my illustrated blog where you'll find stories and art about cat ladies, pet lovers, nature enthusiasts, my cat Buttonwillow and her friend Inka, and my creative life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Enjoy!
As a gesture of goodwill, Tiger Tim has offered to make dinner tonight. Cat Lady Monica appreciates the kind gesture, but has respectfully declined the offer.
What would YOUR pet make for dinner tonight if he/she could?
too cute! lol! Bear also likes to bring me "presents", though his are only toy mice, or his beloved fuzzy purple toy! He would probably order pizza for dinner though, as he's been caught trying to steal pizza right off my plate a couple of times!
Buttonwillow likes to leave her favorite catnip mouse inside my shoes. She has yet to catch a real mouse, which is good, because I definitely wouldn't want to find THAT in my shoe. :-/
This is so stinkin' cute!!!! One time, our cat brought us a bird's head...JUST. THE. HEAD! Put in on the bed and I didn't have my glasses on..when I squinted and touched it..the BEAK ROLLED UP and looked me right in the face..YIKES!
Oh lordy, Colleen, that's the kind of "gift" that nightmares are made of! But I'm sure kitty thought that it was an extra special gift...Gio--does your cat actually catch bats?

ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteI loved my kitties' signs of love. Leaving me little critters was one of those signs. Thanks for reminding me!

My fuzzy would just as soon let me stick with making dinner. If she had her way she'd exist on catnip!

ReplyDeleteLol! My cat wouldn't offer dinner, he's too greedy for that! Adorable illustration and post!
ReplyDeleteMy cat would make lemon tarts or chicken. Yes, the cat likes lemon flavored desserts.
