Cat Lady No. 106...Nature Girls

Cat Lady Felicity and her feline friend Timika are nature lovers.

In honor of Earth day on April 22, Felicity will be spending the day helping to clear invasive plants on a nature preserve, an activity sponsored by The Nature Conservancy.

The mission of The Nature Conservancy is "to preserve the plants, animals, and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive".

Timika will be spending the day helping to clear invasive skittering critters from her own backyard, including lizards and field mice. Lucky for the critters, Timika's mission is to give them a run for their money, then let them go. Almost always.

Thanks for visiting!

  1. Timika would be welcome at my house anytime! I've always got a few critters in my yard that need a good run for their money! Unfortunaely I live with several allergy prone individuals and having a cat myself is not an option. So I've compromised by planting cat mint throughout my gardens and as a result have many frequent furry visitors. It's always so nice to have one of them join me for a bit of gardening!
